**Return and Exchange Policy for US and Canada - Egzod Merchandise**

This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the procedures for returns and exchanges of merchandise purchased from egzod.com within the United States and Canada. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions of this policy.

**Returns**

1. **Eligibility**: To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. **Timeframe**: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

3. **Return Process**:
- Contact our customer support at support@egzod.com to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number, contact information, and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the merchandise.

4. **Shipping Costs**: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

5. **Refunds**: Once we receive the returned merchandise and inspect it, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

**Exchanges**

1. **Eligibility**: We offer exchanges for merchandise of the same value or less. The merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. **Timeframe**: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate an exchange.

3. **Exchange Process**:

- Provide your order number, contact information, and details of the merchandise you want to exchange.
- Our team will provide you with an Exchange Authorization Number (EMA) and instructions on how to proceed.

4. **Shipping Costs**: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs of the original merchandise to be exchanged unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

5. **Exchange Fulfillment**: Once we receive the merchandise to be exchanged and inspect it, we will process the exchange within 10 business days. If the new merchandise is of lower value, we will refund the difference to the original payment method. If the new merchandise is of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.

**Exceptions and Notes**

- Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns and exchanges.
- In the case of damaged or defective merchandise, please provide photographs of the item(s) and the packaging to assist in processing your return or exchange.

**Outside of US and Canada**

Please note that at this time, we can only process returns and exchanges for merchandise purchased within the United States and Canada. Returns and exchanges for purchases made outside of these regions are not possible.
